I was recently made aware of a News Story which aired in Jacksonville, FL. It was about a woman who discovered domain flipping and was making $2,500 a month. She was able to get her family out of a trailer home and into a new one. Towards the end of the Article, she credits NameBio with assisting her in her Domain business. Much thanks to Adam of DomainNameNews.com for forwarding this story. I’m also glad this was a positive story about Domain Investing, helping bring positive publicity to our industry.
The following is nearly my entire holding of LLLL.com domain names. Nearly all of them are premium, pronounceable, or well aged. Many of them I had intentions of holding for sometime. I am placing these up for sale to free up capital for a single domain purchase. The domains are listed below next to their creation date.

I will consider the highest offer. Because of the quality of the portfolio I am expecting offers to be serious. I anticipate a sales price between 10-15k. (Between $300-450 per domain)
This 3 word .org domain is sitting pretty amongst the other domains ending today at NameJet. Why is it doing so well? With energy conservation and a strong social push towards going green, this 3 word domain fits the .org TLD exceptionally well and in this market it seems “green” domains continue to perform well. However, I do believe this domain is going too high. With 2 hours left, it could even go up further.
FTN.com found its way to the NameJet expired domains platform. It ends in approximately 2 hours, and is currently at $15,000. This is one of the best LLL.com’s that has dropped so far this year, and I expect this one to fetch between $20-25k by the end of the day. Updates to come.
After some discussion on DNForum - I finally set a date for the Phoenix Domainers Meet and Greet. If your in the Phoenix region, come on down Friday night to Earls in Scottsdale @ 8pm (Thats the 16th of this month). Adam Dicker and his wife may be making an appearance and obviously, your’s truly will be there.

Well, as I said before I left for San Diego, A new office is in the works. Today I purchased a brand new desk. I thought I was going to get an “L” shaped desk, but I found a fantastic “U” shaped desk that should be even better. I’ll post pictures as soon as setup has been completed and all the computers and accessories are up.
I think the new environment will be much more supportive of my work practices. However, only time will tell!
Fox news has clearly done insightful research on the Domain Market. Done laughing? Clearly they haven’t bothered doing their homework as the news story is riddled with inaccuracies. The sex.com sale is widely disputed as having ever been completed and they compare domain sales to the .com boom of the late 90’s. Suggesting the action of buying stock is the same as buying domain names. It was like watching a high school production where no real research was ever done, and someone who acts as an expert, has no idea what they are talking about.
My personal philosophy has always been to “change” when things start to slow down or you find yourself in a slump. As of late, I have found myself in that very situation. Im sluggish, and lazy, and quite frankly just tired of the grind. Its ironic that sales wise I am in strong shape, but acquisitions have been slow. (about a month and a half ago the situation was reversed).
So, how do I get myself out of the funk? Change. Time to update my strategies and time to make some work changes. Ive decided to redo my office, for better functionality and stronger focus. I currently have 1 Desktop with Dual Monitors and 2 laptops. The laptops are basically sitting unused. My dual monitor desktop handles all of my workload right now, which sometimes isnt a good thing. Im shopping around right now for an L shaped desk, to give me a larger work area and help get a bit more organized. I’m also taken a weekend vacation to visit my hometown of San Diego, CA.
So, just a heads up, I will be sluggish on responding to people until I return to my office on Sunday night.
It took until the last 5 minutes of auction to start the bidding war, but it came in fiercely. Finaly the domain name Loan.biz closed at $11,350. Selling just below the top listed domain in our database (sport.biz at $13,603).
There is one small issue. It was pointed out to me earlier in the day that the domain name currently shows the original registrant on the whois. Most network solutions domain names will show network solutions information as the account holder when a domain goes into pending renewal. In this case, it did, up until a few days ago. There are clearly some question marks on weather or not this domain should have been auctioned off.
I spoke with NameJet earlier today who did “confirm” the domain was expired and not renewed. However the person on the line seemed less than confident in their own response. Only time will tell if this one changes hands.
