How Does Microsoft allow WindowsXP.com to Expire?

I know that with a new operating system out, and im sure another in the works, Windows XP is looking like a thing of the past - but quite a few computers still run this  OS. So what has inspired Microsoft to allow WindowsXP.com to expire and make it ways to the NameJet auction platform? Perhaps it was an accident? Either way, someone will be the new owner of WindowsXP in just under 3 days time and possibly a UDRP to follow.

  1. NameJet.com should be named in the UDRP as well as NetSol for any legal action. It’s such BS that these companies are allowed to profit from clear TM domains like this!
