New and Improved Functions

April 2nd, 2008

First, I want to thank all of those who submitted comments on this blog and on NamePros forum. We are in the process of adding about a dozen new features and small fixes/adjustments. However, one of those new features is already added. We have improved the pattern searcher to be even more fine tuned. Now you can specify specific letters in a pattern. For instance, if you wanted to see domain sales that followed the CVCV pattern (Consonant, Vowel, Consonant, Vowel) but you wanted to know ones that ended in the letter O. You can now!

The way the new system works is simple. If you use a capital letter in the pattern search, your searching for domains with that letter. So… If we wanted to see CVCV domains that end in O. We would use the following string = cvcO and of course, you can use this function anywhere. If you want to search for a Consonant or Vowel, your going to use lowercase letters. The function is perfect yet, but we’ll get it right soon enough.

Expect more search functions in the near future as well as a cleaned up search bar.
